Is kumbhalgarh jungle safari worth it?

1. I know animal spotting depends on luck but is it a significant wildlife Sanctuary with sufficient animal population or just there (like many people suggested against visiting sajjangarh wildlife Sanctuary)? 2. If we go, do we have to book a jeep safari or your private car is allowed? 3. Do we have to book in advance or we can do it after reaching there? I'm not seeing any official website to book from unlike other safaris like jim Corbett or ranthambhore.
