Udaipur resort options for NRI couple

Hi! My husband and I are planning a last minute trip to Udaipur for four nights in February. Unfortunately a lot of the nice resorts are getting booked up. Needed some help with finding some nice resorts that are worth staying at! Let me know if you have any favorites! Thank you! :)
