Restaurant Recommendations

Travelling through Jaipur, Pushkar, Jodhpur, Udaipur and Bundi in a couple of weeks. Looking for any recommendations for really good food, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Open to anything from a roadside stall to a (not too) fancy restaurant. I won't be bringing a jacket and tie. But I would love to experience what you think are the best examples of local cuisine.
