Places to eat laal maas and kacheri maas in kumbhalgarh and udaipur?

Hey! I am visiting udaipur and kumbhalgarh over this weekend and would really appreciate some local recommendations, the stuff I am finding online is either some expensive fine dining set ups or places with no information whatsoever
