  • Punjabi nationalism has died

From lehnda punjab to charda punjab after sikh empire punjabi nationalism started to die out and after the partition of 1947 it has completely been finished. We can clearly see this in charda punjab after punjabi subha movement Sikhs got completely frustrated so they started to demand Khalistan and only majorly jat Sikhs were involved in this unlike during 1700s where every religion was united with Punjabi nationalism against the afghans and Mughals. In the case of lehnda punjab after formation of Pakistan they had their own identity of being muslim which neglected punjabi nationalism as they got a new identity and a dream of making pakistan great. What are your views on this sorry if I was wrong somewhere I just want to know more about this topic
