. Though Mostly Known and revered in the regional Sikh community.. Hari Singh’s legacy should be remembered and respected as much as alexander the great. His prowess and intellect as a military general is so unknown to the Indian demographic that it’s just makes the lack and stupidity of the education system more prominent. Hari Singh Nalwa’s performance as an administrator and a military commander in the North West Frontier remains unmatched. Two centuries on, Britain, Pakistan, Russia and America have been unsuccessful in effecting law and order in this region.
