What to do about stray dogs?

Is there any place where we can complain to remove stray dogs? Like PMC? There are like a hundred stray dogs in my area in Kharadi. It's kind of scary to walk at night as there are different groups of them and they are barking at each other, they run after bikes/cars, sometimes after a random person just walking by. This is not a hate post towards animals. Genuine concern for many.
