Swach Bharat really working?

Started on 2nd Oct 2014 (10+ years).. approx 1,40,000 CR spent... Still this is situation in metro cities. We got only some classical hit songs . Govt forcing people to seperate dry waste and wet waste. But where is cleanliness???
