Speed breakers

Has anyone been frustrated by innumerable marked and unmarked speed breakers on the Pune- Nashik- Pune highway? Also the state of the road is so bad. Even after a complete rebuild after almost two decades. Just after one rainfall, the highway has gone for a toss. It has been extremely stressful to drive and takes well above 5 hours if you leave unplanned. Why isn’t anyone saying anything about it?
