Refund amount after Airtel airfiber cancellation

I recently opted for Airtel Air Fiber, but after installation, it was not functional due to the unavailability of Airtel 5G in my area. Consequently, I canceled the connection. However, my refund has not been credited even after more than 10 days. I have attempted to contact customer support but was unable to reach an agent. Could someone assist me in resolving this issue and processing my refund?
