Real Estate Review - Solitaire vs Majestique

Hey Punekars, me and my family are planning to buy a house in Kothrud area. We have shortlisted 2 projects that are Solitaire Kothrud and Majestique New Friends. Any reviews related to either builders is appreciated. Also the Majestique is a redevelopment project, so any specific consideration to be takes in such cases? Any and all inputs would help. Thanks.
