Pune Businesses, How bad is your experience with ICICI Bank?

I run a business and have been working with ICICI Bank. And found them to be notorious in many ways. They deduct money from accounts, don't give GST invoice, their staff is rude, they don't support on compliances. Infact I have started feeling that I should file a cheating case against few of their employees now. All of them are only there to meet their KPI targets. They give zero fucks about their clients, even when we are corporate and have higher sum in their account than a retail account. How is everyone else's experience with ICICI Bank? Retail or corporate please share. Also if someone knows a higher up at ICICI bank please let me know, I am keen on escalating our issues with them to get them solves asap.
