Psychologists/Psychotherapists for low income kids.

I'm looking for individuals or organisations that can provide free/low-cost psychological treatments for low-income middle-school-aged kids with behavioural issues and learning deficiencies and disorders, especially if they're around the Camp and Swargate areas. Additionally, I would appreciate information about the psychiatry departments at Kamala Nehru, Sassoon and Command Hospital and the possibility of accessing long-term psychological treatments there.
