PCC - How to obtain it asap

My police clearance certificate is stuck at SP office and they are taking it too slow. Any ways on how ca ln I increase the processing speed for the PCC stuck at SP office? I already went to local thana and police there told they can't do anything since it's stuck at SP office. I also went to sp office before and they told it will be cleared by next week but hasn't been done yet. I didn't pay anything to thana officer yet since they were genuinely helpful without expecting cash and I cannot do that for SP office. What shd I do here ? Shd I go again and request sp office to fasten it? Repeatedly going there makes them think I have done something wrong and it might backfire on me.
