Need a competitive exam tutor

I am an IT professional trying to clear a UPSC like exam from sometime. I haven't given a dedicated time in many years to it but would like to do that now. Where can I get a personal tutor who could help me with competitive exam tips and tricks? With my present schedule, I can only spend time over the weekends for the classes.
