[Guide] RTO work

So, Went to RTO Recently for a Mobile update and a duplicate driving license. The process has been extremely smooth. Took me around 15-20 mins max to do all my work. Just wanted to share some of the things so it may help you all. Most of the things can be done online. There are two primary portals - Vehicle and Personal. For Vehicle - [https://vahan.parivahan.gov.in/](https://vahan.parivahan.gov.in/) For Personal - [https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice/stateSelection.do](https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice/stateSelection.do) Processes related to RC, Ownership, NOC, Hypothecation etc are done in Vahan Parihavan site. For Updates related to Licenses its the Sarathi website,. I wanted a Replacement DL so visited the Sarathi, Filled up the Application form, and submitted it. Paid the form fee online. Took the printout of all. and then submitted at the RTO office.
