Food Delivery Payment System

Is anyone aware of how Swiggy or Zomato's delivery payment system? I had 2 questions - 1. If I am ordering from a different outlet which is not exactly nearby, do they get extra money based on the distance that they cover? 2. The tips that a customer pay through the app, does it directly go to the delivery executives or is there any commission by the app? Thanks in advance!
