Comber regular vehicle number to BH series

Hi all, I came across an article today that regular state series number can be converted to BH series for eligible people . Has anyone done that ? If you have successfully got the BH Series please share your feedback. As the corrupt to the core traffic thullas interpret the law for non state vehicle as per their own wish
