Airport help for a first time Pune visitor

Hi all, I'll be visiting Pune on this Monday for the first time for an interview. My interview location is in Hadapsar. My flight lands at 11.45 AM. Authorities have asked me to report at 1 PM. I can see that it takes almost 45 minutes from Airport in Google Maps (but we all know how reliable is that). Requesting help from folks to suggest what's the quickest way to reach my interview destination. Would like to keep it under 1k cuz that's the max refund I can get from the firm. Any other guidance on dos and don'ts for Pune airport to beat traffic will be appreciated. Thanks a lot.
