The number plate maniacs

Observed a few highly objectionable patterns of number in Hinjewadi,Moshi,PCMC,Wakd side of Pune, these observations are applied for bikes as well as car : 🔺Types of Number Plate: - No number plate in back of vehicles - No number either in front or back of vehicles - Single digit visible number plate (MH12213 is written in absolute tiny font and 7 is written in huge font) - Number plate strached to remove black paint from number and make it appear old and unreadable 🔺Who are these drivers? - A fat guy studded with gold and white attire - A chapri with high ankle jeans and flite Flip Flops - A RTO/Police Cop with Police/RTO sticker on bike 🔺What might be the intention? - To showoff power and gain attention like clown - No avoid chalans - Main reason, in case of any accident, or mishaps they could do anything, run over anyone and can easily get away with it, as there was no number plate to car. Whom will you catch then? Bottom line : I see many cops in Viman Nagar ,KP, Khadki,Peth areas of Pune ,but no cops here. In these part there are chances that they might fine chaparis (as I assume the powerful person will still get of) but in wakad , Hinjewadi part I haven't seen much cops. The funny part is people should not modify number plates to escape from accident cases, they should remember last time an underage guy ramped of two in Pune , managed to escaped easily even he had number plate on his Porche. It's India , justice is surved if you are either Rich or Lucky. There's no mid way.
