Road Rage and Civilizay

I was able to catch this on video yesterday, this isn't something very unique coz I see this kind of road rage and arguments and fights every day on every chowk. I just could capture one of it on camera as I wasn't driving. The people have really lost it, there is no fear of law and order, and everyone is the dada of the street. The administration has been giving the reason of development for all the road blocks, bad roads, diversions, traffic chaos for more than 5-10 years now.Tlets say the roads get wider and the signals get working and the metro connectivity improves.
