Power cut since 10 hours

I stay in Wakad and we don’t have electricity since 8am in the morning. It’s almost 7pm and we have no clue when will the power be back. It seems that some transformer busted in the locality.. Is there an electricity board number I can call to check when it’s going to be fixed? I’m new to Pune and it’s really surprising to see how in spite of Pune being a metro city, people are just okay with this and taking it so casually.
