HSRP fitted by ordinary screws by authorized center in Aundh

Hi, I have an old car that is nearly 15 years old. I followed the official procedure and got the official HSRP (High security registration plate) fitted to it from an authorized center in Aundh Pune a few days ago. The details were uploaded online by the center and I even got a proper SMS notification about the fitment. However I now notice that they have fitted the plate using ordinary screws that came with old plate and they have not actually used the high security riveting. YT videos and other places on internet state that HSRP must be fitted using specialized rivet tools and ordinary screws are not to be used. So I guess I may still be a defaulter due to mistake of the center. I am certainly going to discuss with with that center, but what are my options now? How to solve this? Thx
