Good College for Psychology BA honors in Pune?

So I have a younger sister who will complete her 12th boards next month. She is in Arts and want to pursue Psychology as a career and I have no idea about this field career whatsoever. She told she is looking for BA honors and later she want to go in Clinical Psychology. I am pretty sure she will score above 90% in boards. So can you guys please suggest the following things: Good colleges in Pune (I know MIT and Fergusson but don't have the reviews), future options in clinical psychology, any other choices you feel are good, any thoughts/suggestions. Just one thing, if you could also tell approximate budget for the studies, so i can plan, coz I need to save money accordingly!
