Fine Dining Restaurant Recommendation

Hello, I will be visiting my parents in Pune after a really long time. I wanted to reach out to the community to ask for some fine dining restaurant recommendation in the city. By fine dining I mean almost like an omakase style restaurant where they (chef) serves you course by course items ! (I don’t mean places like bastion / Malaka spice / gong that probably look nice but have a long ala carte menu) Any cuisine is welcome , I just want them to have a really good experience. Thank you!
