paypal alternatives?

okay so i'm from india and i wanna send money to my friend living in America (it's not much only around 10-20 dollars) but the things is india does not have FNF, its not available here. india only has GNS available meaning the money sent today will get into my friends account after a long wait of 21 days. i'm sending them money for basic stuffs like getting mcdonald's or buying robux and stuff like that so a wait of 21 days is absolutely absurd. are there any good alternatives to send him money? direct bank to bank transfer or something like that maybe? i've also tried the app called "wise" but the exchange rate on that is quite high, much higher than paypal so that's a no. please leave any suggestions/tips/advice you guys have :)
