How can I withdraw from my 2 year old PF account

Hello, I (24M) started my first Corporate job back in Apr,'22. Now I'm purchasing a flat and was thinking if it is possible to withdraw some money out of my PF account so I can avoid selling my stocks which give better returns than PF. As per google, A PF account needs to be atleast 5 year old to withdraw the amount, not sure if that's true hence this post. Thanks.
