Hello, Iam in fucked up situation

So when I turned 18th last year, my parents open a sbi regular savings account for me I got my my debit card few days after and I lost it somewhere in home (I have this habit of losing thinks in everyday life) I can't find it, it's been a week and last night I permanently blocked my card thinking what if my maid aunty thrown it out I need a identical card to it so my parents won't question me otherwise they will lose faith on me handling bank money etc THE problem is I can't remember how that debit card looked so I can apply for another As far as I remember, it was blue, had rupay written on it, had this " ))) " means it might be tap to pay too nothing else I can remember Help me identify that card so I can apply for new card
