Doubt regarding home EMI

Hello Sub, I've been reading a book named "How I Turned $1,000 into Three Million in Real Estate in My Spare Time". Now if you've read this, let mesay absolutely clearly at the very beginning that I'm not looking forward to house flipping or something. Rather, I'm planning to buy a house where I'll be living only for 3 years before moving to another city. So, is it possible that I only pay the interest on the loan and then sell the house later? If yes, which banks offer this facility?
