Blinkit's service in Patna

Today i ordered 10 kg worth of Atta. At the time of ordering it showed 8 minutes which made sense as i was within walking distance to their store in RamNagri. As the time went by it showed less and less minutes and when i reached 5 minutes it just stuck. *ahem ahem* AFTER **22 MINUTES** IT STILL SHOWED 5 MINUTES LEFT. IN THE MAP THE DELIVERY GUY WAS STUCK AT THE STORE. I called him with the given button in the app and he just kept saying "Aa rahe hai sir, aa rahe hai bas 2 minute me aa rahe hai" , I said "Thik hai thik jaldi aaiye". **15 minutes went by FIFTEEN MINUTES.** I tried to contact help through their *restricted chatting service* AND THEY WERE JUST APOLOGISING ON EACH OF MY MESSAGE. NO MATTER WHAT I SAID THEY JUST APOLOGISED. Then I received a phone call. It was from that delivery guy. AND NOW HE WAS RANTING (trying to put the blame on me) HOW I PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS. MY GUY DIDN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND HOW I JUST PLACED A DOT ON THE MAP AND BLINKIT HANDLED THE REST. It was impossible to put in the wrong address. Now it was **44 minutes late** and I received a call from the management. They tried to AGAIN JUST APOLOGISE. I asked what kind of issue makes it 44 minutes late to which they replied **Server Issues**. The map updates and the guy was **1.27KM** away, for context THE STORE IS 0.5KM AWAY FROM ME. WHAT KIND OF SERVER ISSUE CAUSES THAT. AND there is was AFTER **55 MINUTES** my order was here. What should I do about it? Has anyone experienced this yet?
