I have my father's birthday on 21st. I have made the following plan, what do you guys think? What changes do you suggest. I specifically need help in deciding if cutting the cake at midnight should be done with new dress or after temple visit in evening. When should I reveal the decoration? Also, financially wise people the below part specifically I need your help in cost cutting. My father spent 5000 for mom's birthday and also the extra expense I did gifting her 3 sarees and jewellery was obviously his too.
