Looking for a Live-In Cook/Maid with Nutrition Knowledge for Elderly Parents

I’m looking for a cook who has a basic understanding of nutritional and healthy diets, especially for elderly parents. Does anyone know of any reliable agencies or have any good contacts? Ideally, I’d need someone who can also help with other basic household chores and is available for a permanent live-in role(reside at home as part of employment)
