I saw Baida and here is how it went.

With all the limited, close to non available shows of Baida, I managed to see Baida. What about Baida? Should you go and spend your 200 or 150 rupees on this Indie movie? My answer would be yes. Let's talk about the pros and cons. Pros - The lead actors did their job in an amazing way. Especially Subhangi managed to stand out and was amazing throughout. The sound design felt raw and right in the feels for the found footage concept. The visuals felt really beautiful and eerie time to time as per the mood. The horrors were right at the feel. The jumpscares (though a bit predictive) but scared me also. It is not filled with horrors and jumpscares, a little portion of it so it managed to focus more on development. Now the cons - - screenplay lost its pace at a time and then regained back to momentum. - The character development of a particular character could have been way more. - Minor sudden cuts which are not supposed to happen in a found footage film But the biggest con I felt will be a spoiler so I won't say it here. Moreover, Baida is a really good movie and it's showing a very less time in it's own State. So Jadi haba jaiki dekhiki asa. I doubt if it will even have an OTT release.
