Am I the only one who feels this way ?

So, my father's side are Northeastern Odia (Baleswar-Jaleswar-Medinipur) region and they are the most chaotic (in a nice way), lively and jolly people. However, I had classmates in my school who wear from Khordha and Jagatsinghpur. (I don't live in Odisha). I was close friends with the guy from JSP and I noticed how direct and crisp they were. No small talk, straight to point and overall serious. I have also had other encounters with Moghalbandi Odia and they give a very German vibe (if you know what I mean). Am I the only one who has felt like this. I just want to know about other's experience and how people's personalities vary across districts (if it does). For e.g, someone told me that Jajpuria people are very Ohio kinda people (lil crazy in a funny way). Tell me some stereotype about some districts.
