i want to retire and live in north east

i 25(m) currently living in delhi . i am very fascinated by north east people the way they live , their culture and their fashion . i am very fascinated to the point that every day i want to quit my job and just go live in meghalya or nagaland , my question is i have saved up some money around 1.5cr i just dont wanna work for someone anymore i want to retire i just need an understanding from someone if i move their i would need my own home and how much can i expect the cost of living to be for just one guy or can i survive in 50-60k per month ?
