Do NE indian guys date North indian girls?

Hey guys, so I have like a serious question. Do north eastern indian guys date North Indian girls, like are they ever attracted to them. I have never seen NE indian guys dating haryanvi or punjabi girls. I haven't seen them dating girls from Uttarakhand or Himanchal either. Even though I have seen NE indian girls dating the north indian guys. What could be the reason?
