Advice needed regarding bike trip to Arunachal Pradesh during new year weekend

Hello beautiful people, We need advice from you, we are from West Bengal we are planning a new year bike trip below are our options 1. Arunachal circuit 2. East south and west sikkim. We really want to do the arunachal circuit but people are saying there are high chance that due to snowfall passes in Arunachal will be closed. Can you people please advice us which one would be better during 20-31 December. Thanks a lot 🙏🏼
