What is up with the whole innocent victim always oppressed narrative? Yeah, I know the centre is doing some manipulation and has done terrible human rights violations in history, but the way a number of our people approach the relationship is so pathetic, it's unworthy of watching. Hello, I'm wondering if anyone has knowledge about applications for permission up travel to Arunachal Pradesh as a foreigner. It seems there was until recently a physical office where you could apply for the permit in Guwahati, but it is closed. The online portal from the government only allows groups of two or more to apply (the office in Guwahati did not have this stipulation).
