Will India and Northeast India ever have its own Lee Kuan Yew?

Singapore transformed under Lee Kuan Yew’s leadership - rapid economic growth, strict governance, and a corruption free system. India, on the other hand, has the potential but is held back by a lot of factors including an incompetent uneducated PM. Do you think India will ever have a leader with a similar vision and execution? If not, what’s stopping us? If yes, who do you think could be India’s version of LKY?
