Study abroad(plz help)

So as the title indicates I m interested to go abroad for my masters but I am clueless about the procedure. I have no one to guide me. I don't know anyone who went abroad.I would really appreciate if someone who studied abroad or is studying, guides me thru the process. Also if there are any scholarships or anything let me know.
