  • Fermented soybeans

    Hello fellow brothers and sisters from NE india. Fermented soybean is a big part of eastern asian cuisine and i got to know alot of cultures in our northeastern part have tneir own recepies. I've been wanting to try it out for a long time so it'll be great if you guys could help me out. Ik about axone and hawaijar already. My main concern is i don't hv a fire place or a microwave and can you ferment soybeans in winters? Also, do u necessarily need a bamboo basket ? Can it be done with normal household utensils and banana leaves. Thanks for your time.
