Cultural and Identarian issues in Arunachal Pradesh(Do Read)
Arunachal is truly being ruined and submerged in the sea of cultural transfusion. We are barely even able to speak our languages and take pride in being the most Hindi speaking and pro-India state, while our local matters aren't being taken care of. What's worse how much we are lacking in self-awareness. I have said this a lot, but I am tired of the ones going to the mainland and crying about racism, like they aren't racist in Arunachal too. Why make yourself look weak and be at other people's mercy? No one likes an unequal one-sided relationship I have also noticed how subverted we are, culturally and racially. With culture, there are extremists who are making up fake stories about how our cultural relics and history are connected to them, while not relying on real history. Some of us are stupid enough to believe it. With race, we are genuinely stupid. Anyone with a brain can see we are genetically distinct from the rest of India and share some similarities with our border nations. Even our local children are aware of this subconsciously, but this awareness can be subverted at times. Like our people making "Ching Chong" jokes even though it will affect them badly and will be used against them. And children playing Anti-Asian racist games like the one where they go "Ching Chong China, Sete mete do, Sete mete do, te sixty four. Adis Adis Adis." and that clapping game where they pull their eyes up, straight and down while saying "Chinese, Japanese, Korean" respectively. I have been shocked to notice all of this. Are you so stupid to forget that you are Mongoloid and other groups will use these mockeries against you? We insult outsiders as "Haring, Aying, Nyipak, etc" but speak their language and barely know our own traditions, thinking we might be North Indians, Japanese, Koreans or Americans. What is this contradiction I hope Arunachalis can do better and preserve their ways2
