Some auto-walas are more human and sensitive

An hour back, I boarded an auto from Sector 37 to 4 Murti. There was another guy who deboarded at Sector 52 underpass, that guy handed over all the money from the back of his phone to the auto driver, it was 2 nos. INR 20 note, 1 no. INR 10 note. Auto driver took 40 and handed over the 10 back to that guy and asked that guy to wait for the Sector 62 auto from there. Later, that automan tells us that he was accompanying that guy from Sector 137, apparantly that guy only had 50 rupees and he requested automan to drop him at Sector 51 for all the money he had and from there he will manage to go to Sector 62. That automan, not only dropped that person at sector 52 metro but also didn't take all the 50 rupees and gave him 10 rupees back so that the person could reach to Sector 62. When I deboarded at 4 Murti, I have 50 rupees to that automan, which was 70% more than regular fare of 30 rupees, but in the hindsight, I could have given him at least 100 rupees for the deed he did. I'm touched by the behaviour of that automan and how sensitive he was!
