Resident experience at Amrapali Leisure Valley

Tenant banke reh rha hu since 2023. It's in the prime locality of Greater Noida West. Aaj ka hi experience share karta hu to begin with. There has been no electricity or water in the society for 12 hours now. The Residents Association is useless and NPCL has done nothing to resolve the issue And this isn't a one time occurrence. It keeps happening time and time again, without any notice beforehand. As for the society, it has a rat infestation issue, really poor construction quality and of course, rowdy residents. 6-7 hours without electricity in peak summers and the AOA does nothing. Voting ke time waade karke aa jaate hai and it's a really sad situation Kisike paas yaha pe acche reach waala account hai toh I'd kindly request to tag authorities and the DM. Jo wealthy residents hai, unhone apne unauthorised borewells aur generator laga liye hai so they don't care
