Real estate in Noida (A rant)

My family have been looking to purchase a house in Noida and it has been a mentally exhausting period for us. The prices here are insane. Even with a budget of ~2cr we're unable to find a decent home that meets our requirement(we're not looking for anything lavish). Prices have shot up like crazy in the last 2-3 year and the real estate mafia and broker gang here have made housing unaffordable for people, someone like me who's source of income is just their salary cannot even think about owing a home here. On top of this most of the projects are unregistered and disputed.
