Need help ... Especially in greater noida.

Okay so I m new in greater noida.. my health keeps on deteriorating. Doc has advised me to work on my diet which is nearly not possible esp when I m living in hostel...but I can add fruits or juices beside. Meanwhile I want to know is it safe to drink amul milk packet daily ?
