Need for cafes where we can work from?

Hi all, I have just started living in Noida and have tried out a number of cafes for working. I've realised almost all of them have loud music or people talking loudly, or nobody else is working, etc. While co-working spaces like WeWork might be a great option, I wanted to explore the possibility of opening a good cafe where people can work from and which also does not burn a hole in the pocket.
