Moving to Noida from Aurangabad (MH)

My American based company have made a decision to open an office in Noida and they are asking us to relocate there to work in office now. Till now since two years, we were working virtually directly for the office in Seattle, WA. I want to know your advice if I should considering the expense as compared to here, safety for my kid as well as my wife, things to do, night safety vs day safety for a Muslim specially, areas to avoid, food, etc. Any points would be really appreciated and it will help me decide to relocate or just leave this job and get another one.
