Flying drone over the city

Hey guys, I decided to purchase DJI Mavic Pro but am not certain whether if I can fly carefree within Ghaziabad and Noida City. I've read so many articles and they only made me more confused about the restrictions to fly drone in these cities. Please can anyone guide me with that?
