Brokerage scam in Paras Tierea

Has anyone here come across a group of brokers in sector 137 Noida, especially in Paras Tierea, in which they ask for a huge list of payments just so you could move in to the society? It has happened with me, and a couple of friends who were threatened by the brokers when we resisted payments like 4-5000 for agreement, 2000 for police verification, and the list goes on. And no expense is below 2000. And somehow the total comes around 45000 for a rent share of 11,000 or something. When we try to refuse any such payments, or try to get this done from outside, we get threats like the society will throw you out, or create issues with you.
